Eraframe has no accounts, so there is no account to close. Everything we hold is linked to a random identifier created when you installed the app, called the install id. Deleting your data means deleting everything stored against that identifier.
This takes effect immediately. The app tells our server to purge everything held for your install id, and clears the app's local state on your device. You do not need to contact us, and we do not need to know who you are.
If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot use the button, write to support@developers911.com with the subject "Delete my data".
Please include your install id if you can. Eraframe stores no name, e-mail address or account, so an e-mail on its own usually does not tell us which data is yours. Without the install id we may be unable to find anything to delete. If you still have the app installed, use Option 1 instead — it does not need the install id, because the app already knows it.
We reply within one month, and may extend by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you within the first month. There is no charge.

Eraframe deletes almost everything automatically. The photograph you submit is deleted as soon as the roll finishes or is cancelled, normally within two minutes. Generated portraits are deleted 24 hours after they are made. So if you last used the app more than a day ago, there is probably nothing left but a usage counter.
As well as deletion, you can ask for access to your data, correction, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to support@developers911.com. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
