Subscriptions
Eraframe · Last updated: 2026-09-23
Eraframe Pro is an automatically renewing subscription sold through Google Play. This page explains what you buy, what you pay, and how to cancel, restore or get a refund. It is part of our terms of service; how we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
1. Plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Free trial |
| Monthly | US$9.99 / €9.99 a month | None |
| Yearly | US$49.99 / €49.99 a year | 7-day free trial, if you have never subscribed in this app |
- These are reference prices. You pay the price Google Play shows you, in your currency, before you confirm the purchase. In the EU that price includes VAT.
- In the European Economic Area, Google Commerce Limited sells the subscription to you under the Google Play Terms of Service and charges your Google Play payment method. MB Makery provides the Eraframe service and answers your questions about it.
2. What Eraframe Pro includes
- Fair use: 1 roll a day, up to 10 in 30 days.
- Up to 8 moments per roll, in fine quality.
The full limits of every plan, including the free roll, are in section 9.
3. The 7-day free trial (Yearly only)
- Who can get it. The Yearly plan comes with a 7-day free trial for people who have never had a subscription in this app. Google Play decides whether you are eligible and shows it before you confirm. The Monthly plan has no trial.
- What it includes. 1 roll a day at medium quality, with up to 8 moments per roll. Full Eraframe Pro starts when the yearly plan is billed.
- When you are charged. The trial starts on the day you sign up (day 1) and lasts 7 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, Google Play charges the yearly price on day 8, when the trial ends, and then once a year.
- Cancel in time and pay nothing. If you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends, you are not charged.
- Reminders. Google Play e-mails you a reminder before a free trial ends. If you allow notifications, the app also reminds you 2 days (48 hours) before your trial ends. That reminder is created and shown on your phone only.
4. Billing and renewal
- Monthly is charged when you subscribe, and then every month.
- Yearly is charged when the free trial ends, or when you subscribe if you are not eligible for the trial, and then every year.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Google Play charges the payment method of your Google account.
- If the price changes, Google Play tells you in advance, under its rules.
5. How to cancel
- In the Google Play app: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Eraframe → Cancel subscription. You can also use play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or Settings → Manage subscription in Eraframe, which opens the same page.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Eraframe Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
- Uninstalling the app, or Delete my data, does not cancel a subscription.
6. Restoring a subscription
On a new phone, after reinstalling, or after Delete my data, open Settings → Restore purchases in Eraframe while signed in to Google Play with the Google account you subscribed with. Your subscription then works in the app again.
7. Refunds
- Within 48 hours of a payment, you can ask Google Play for a refund, under Google Play's refund policy.
- After 48 hours, write to us at support@developers911.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA."). We answer within 3 business days, and we refund through Google Play whenever the law or these terms require it, including when you withdraw (section 8) or when the service is faulty.
- Cancelling on its own stops future payments but does not refund the current period, which you can keep using until it ends. This never limits your right of withdrawal or your rights if the service is faulty.
8. The EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason.
- The 14 days start on the day you subscribe. For the Yearly plan with a free trial, they start on the first day of the trial.
- How to withdraw. Tell Google Commerce Limited through Google Play, as the Google Play Terms of Service explain, or e-mail us at support@developers911.com within the 14 days with your Google Play order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing.
- Your refund. You get the money back within 14 days of telling us or Google Play, by the same payment method.
- Service already used. Eraframe Pro starts as soon as you subscribe or start the trial. If you asked for it to start during the 14 days and then withdraw after being charged, you may have to pay an amount in proportion to the service you received until you withdrew. The free trial itself costs nothing.
- Cancelling a subscription in Google Play stops future renewals; it is not in itself a withdrawal.
9. Fair use and limits
| Plan | Rolls | Moments per roll | Quality |
| Free | 1 roll per installation, and at most 3 free rolls a day from one network address | Up to 5 | Medium |
| Yearly free trial | 1 roll a day | Up to 8 | Medium |
| Monthly and Yearly | 1 roll a day, up to 10 in 30 days | Up to 8 | Fine |
- Days are counted in UTC and start at 00:00 UTC. "30 days" means any period of 30 days in a row.
- A moment that fails or is refused by the safety check can be retried once without using another roll.
- No plan is unlimited. To keep the service available and affordable, new rolls and retries may pause until 00:00 UTC when our daily generation budget is used up; nothing is used when that happens, and rolls already started finish normally.
10. Changes
If we change what Eraframe Pro includes in a way that is worse for you, we tell you in advance and you can cancel before the change applies to you. Price changes go through Google Play, which tells you in advance.
